4. Refunds and Digital Delivery

Because our products (premium question bundles and life balances) are digital assets delivered instantly to your browser session data, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

However, if you experience technical verification issues or failed content delivery due to a system error, you can contact our support channel or Paddle Customer Support within 14 days of purchase for a technical review or refund resolution.

5. Accounts, Scores, and Cookies

The Website does not require you to create an account. Your current game progress, unlocked premium content modules, and life metrics are stored and verified directly via local browser cookies and session keys.
